The La Perle Moiré EH 6341 is part of Kaiser’s exclusive Signature Collection, combining advanced steam technology with elegant design. Its Graphite Grey Matte Moiré finish brings a modern, refined look to any kitchen, while the TFT full-touch Intelligent System makes operation simple and intuitive.
With a gross capacity of 86 litres (net 81 L), this multifunctional oven provides 37 operating functions, including 7 steam modes, Air-Fry, proofing, hot air convection, infrared grilling, and much more. Designed for professional-level performance at home, it allows you to create everything from healthy steam-cooked dishes to perfectly baked bread and golden roasts.
Ease of use is at the heart of the EH 6341. More than 50 pre-programmed recipes and 20 core programs are built in, offering inspiration and convenience. The TFT colour display recommends optimal settings for temperature, preheating, and time, while allowing fine adjustments in 5-degree increments between 50 °C and 250 °C. A 1.15 L water tank ensures continuous steam generation, and the included food probe provides precise cooking results.
Maintenance is equally simple thanks to pyrolytic cleaning, steam cleaning, and Kaiser’s eco-friendly EasyClean enamel. Triple-glazed thermo-reflective glass, a tangential cooling system, and robust side grids ensure safe and durable use. Supplied accessories include an Air-Fry basket, enamelled trays, a baking pan, and a chrome multifunction roast shelf.
